Defense is the standard I use to teach a whole program how to work.
I believe football is won through discipline, elite preparation and teaching athletes to have a high IQ. Alignment, Assignment Technique is what I will preach.

Built by service.
I am 34 years old, a husband, father of three, and a coach with 10 years of experience. My wife, Ashley, my son Jamarcus, and my daughters Mya and Ari are central to my coaching career. I learned early that leadership is about being the person others can count on when the room gets loud, fans stop cheering, self-doubt creeps in, and athletes need clear direction.
I served as a U.S. Army Infantryman (11B), founded and ran a business, and grew into a college head coach. The military gave me structure, discipline and a respect for preparation. Fatherhood keeps me grounded. Coaching gives me the chance to put both into a program that develops people, not just players.
